The Hudson Swing Affair 2011 edition, taking place September 2 – 4 in Jersey City, NJ, will feature DJs and instructors John Lindo, Jeanette Holmes, Ramiro Gonzalez, Jessica Cox, Stephanie McHenry Batista, Sharlot Blott, Mark Sheuffelle, Blake Hobby, and Andrea Deaton, bringing together an eclectic group of today’s swing stars – all very accomplished in their own way.

The weekend will have 26 workshops taught by the swing masters, all included in the weekend pass.A Friday night Pier Dance will be held, weather permitting and the swanky Black and White Ball to be held Saturday from 9-12 has a floor-show worthy of any stage on Broadway. The show is professionally choreographed and danced with the best of the vast talent pool of New York. Sunday afternoon brings Sinatra Sunday with song stylist Steve Maglio. Clad in a tuxedo and backed by the iconic sounds of Hoboken’s own Chairman of the Board, Steve will sing all the favorites.The schedule for these workshops and dances can be viewed here.
