The Edison Ballroom is proud to announce that once again it will host its special, SEPTEMBER SWING event, featuring the legendary big band leader, Joe Battaglia and the New York Big Band.  Mark your calendar for Friday, September 20th for this special, not-to-be-missed event.  For over 10 years, Joe and his orchestra have performed regularly right here at the Edison Ballroom where he had continued to delight audiences of all ages. Joe’s New York Big Band is composed of a 16 piece orchestra as well as accompanying vocalists. His brilliant big band sound is truly noteworthy.  In the past, Joe has performed for such dignitaries as Hilary Clinton, Rudy Giuliani, and Barbara Walters, and he and his band have travelled the world with artists such as Tony Bennett and Shirley Bassey.

Lincoln Center’s Midsummer Night Swing will feature five nights of incredible Latin music and social dance under the stars. Returning to Damrosch Park, New York City, from June 25–July 13, dancers can enjoy the sounds and steps of salsa, mambo, tango and more.
